THE PROBLEM OF LUCIA

Lucia has just launched a new business with AVON products. Her main goal is to sell a lot of products in order to have profits for her own.

At first, everything went well. She had good profits and was able to get an excellent portfolio of customers. Thus, by increasing the number of customers and; therefore, the increase in orders, the time came when customers began to complain, because Lucia never gave them the entire order. Lucia's excuse was that she couldn’t see some products ordered in the catalogs of the Agency, she was used to write down the customer´s name next to the picture of each product, but suddenly everything became a mess and she began overlapping names. This was the case with Maria Alejandra, who ordered two lipsticks, four assorted colors shadows and an eyebrow mask brand Color Trend. The day of delivery, Lucia gave only half the order; therefore, she became determined to take action on the matter and order the way they took the order of their customers.
One day Lucy went to visit his sister Mia Victoria, as usual, and told her what was going on with the organization of her customers and orders, Mia gave her the idea to talk to her daughter Elena to help her solve this problem, Elena, Lucia’s niece is actually an student of The Technological University of Panama Bilingual Executive Communication degree and she also studies communication and information technology II, as main subject this semester. Elena offered to help developing a software that will make her life simple. On the other hand, this situation also benefits Elena with the developing of her final project.

Elena proposes Lucia to develop a database to keep a better track of products, customers and sales, so she asked her aunt what information is needed in the database, what is fundamental and what is second hand.

Lucia let Elena knows that the most relevant information are: customer name, ID, address and phone number, name and code of the product and price, date of request and delivery, payments and cancellation data on total product among others. After gathering all this information, Elena is ready to create the database.
Summarizing, Elena must include in the program all data that Lucia furnish to her.
Keep in mind that the main information is the customer data and the product data.
The Customer needs: customer name, id number, address and phone number. A customer can have many orders.

The Product needs: name of the product, code of the product and price. A product can be ordered by many customers.

The Order needs: date of request and delivery, information of payments and cancellation total of the products. A customer can only have one order with all the products that the person wants.
